Recommissioning of McLaren MP4/9, 10 and 11

OLDtronics supported our customer with the electronic systems on the following cars:

• McLaren MP4/9 (Peugeot engine, TAGtronics TAG2.12F controlling the engine and MCU100 controlling the chassis)
• McLaren MP4/10 (Ilmor/Mercedes engine, TAGtronic TAG2.12F controlling the engine and MCU100 controlling the chassis)
• McLaren MP4/11 (Ilmor/Mercedes engine, TAGtronics TAG2000 combined chassis and engine controller)

The work required checking through all the sensors and actuators prior to starting the engine and going through a shift check on the gearbox/clutch.

The project was before the OLDtronics Monitor was developed, therefore original laptops running TAGtronic System Monitor were used.
